1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TradeLead Recovery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of TradeLead Recovery.
2. Services
TradeLead Recovery provides done-for-you lead recovery and follow-up services for trade contractors. Services include missed-call text-back, CRM pipeline setup, estimate follow-up, old lead reactivation, review request automation, and owner reporting. The specific services provided are outlined in your service agreement and the package you select.
3. Payment Terms
Setup fees are due at signup. Monthly service fees are billed monthly via PayPal. All packages require a 90-day minimum commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing. After the initial 90-day period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable.
4. Third-Party Fees
Third-party software fees, SMS carrier fees, ad spend, answering service fees, A2P registration fees, and special integration fees are not included in base package pricing and may be billed separately. These costs vary depending on your usage and the tools required for your setup. TradeLead Recovery will outline expected third-party costs during onboarding.
5. No Guarantee of Results
TradeLead Recovery does not guarantee specific revenue, booked jobs, Google rankings, conversion rates, or lead volume. Results depend on your trade, market, lead quality, speed of response, team behavior, offer, pricing, and sales process. TradeLead Recovery builds and manages the lead recovery system — results depend on many factors outside our control.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with applicable laws regarding SMS communications, including obtaining proper consent from your leads and customers. You are also responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding and for maintaining any required business licenses or registrations.
7. Limitation of Liability
TradeLead Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your service after the initial 90-day minimum period with 30 days written notice sent to [email protected]. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are not prorated upon cancellation.
9. Modifications
TradeLead Recovery reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
