TradeLead Recovery ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates tradeleadrecovery.com and other sites linking to these Terms (individually, the "Site", and collectively, the "Sites"). Through the Sites, TradeLead Recovery provides various offerings, information, and resources related to the products and services available on our Sites.
TradeLead Recovery may change, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or any part of the Sites in its sole discretion with or without notice. TradeLead Recovery is not liable if all or any part of a Site is, for any reason, unavailable at any time or for any period. TradeLead Recovery reserves the right to block or deny access to any of the Sites to anyone at any time for any reason.
General Terms
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tradeleadrecovery.com public website ("Site"). These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. They do not constitute a Client Services Agreement and do not govern client engagements. If you use or access the Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you must have authority to bind that business or entity.
Client Services
TradeLead Recovery's paid implementation, subscription, automation, communication, AI, support and related client services are governed exclusively by the applicable signed Order Form and the Master Services Agreement version incorporated into that Order Form. These Website Terms govern use of the public website only and do not independently create, expand, reduce or modify either party's obligations under a Client Services Agreement.
Age and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site. If you access the Site on behalf of a company or other business entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.
Changes to These Terms
TradeLead Recovery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any such changes will become effective upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Account Access and Security
You may be required to register and create an account to access some content and functionality on the Sites. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify TradeLead Recovery immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. No Outcome Guarantee
TradeLead Recovery does not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, estimates, sales, revenue, profit, or return on investment. All calculator outputs and estimates on the Site are illustrative only and are not predictions or guarantees.
User Content
The Sites may contain features that allow you to post, submit, or transmit information and materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership rights in your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant TradeLead Recovery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Sites. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with applicable law and these Terms.
TradeLead Recovery Intellectual Property
TradeLead Recovery retains all ownership of its workflows, methods, templates, automation architecture, documentation, software, branding, processes, and know-how. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of TradeLead Recovery intellectual property to any user.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights;
- Post or transmit defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

Limitation of Liability
