It is a done-for-you implementation and managed support service built using CRM, communication, reporting, automation, and AI-assisted tools. You do not log into software and manage it yourself. We build, configure, test, and manage the system. Exact technology depends on the approved scope.

Accepted Answer

The core service improves response, follow-up, visibility, and re-engagement for leads the contractor already generates—missed calls, slow form responses, unfollowed estimates, old leads, and missing reviews. Advertising coordination may be available separately as an add-on.

Who is this for?

TradeLead Recovery is built for trade contractors—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pools, remodeling, handyman, gutters, screen enclosures, fencing, landscaping, restoration, and similar trades—who are already generating leads but losing too many to missed calls, slow follow-up, or unfollowed estimates.

Why is there a setup fee?

The setup investment covers the lead-flow audit, recovery blueprint, CRM and pipeline configuration, trade-specific fields and tags, form and workflow configuration, consent and suppression logic, opportunity and task routing, message customization, quality assurance, launch preparation, team orientation, and initial reporting configuration. This is not a software subscription—it is a custom implementation built around your business.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Depending on the package, the monthly service may include workflow monitoring, follow-up oversight, reporting, campaign management, pipeline review, reputation support, optimization, inbox or appointment support, and strategy and operational assistance. The specific services included are defined in the client agreement.

Do you guarantee jobs or revenue?

Accepted Answer

No. TradeLead Recovery does not guarantee specific revenue, booked jobs, rankings, conversion rates, or lead volume. Results vary based on trade, market, lead quality, response time, staffing, customer service, offer, pricing, sales process, connected systems, and client participation. We build and manage the system—the results depend on many factors, including the contractor's own team and process.

How quickly can the system launch?

Timing depends on scope, client responsiveness, existing data, integrations, phone and messaging registration, and third-party approvals. The target schedule is documented during onboarding. We do not publish a universal launch timeline because the variables differ for every client.

Is there a contract?

Current packages require a 90-day minimum unless otherwise agreed in writing. After the initial period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice. The exact scope and service terms are stated in the client agreement.

Can you work with our existing CRM?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. TradeLead Recovery first evaluates the existing platform, data, integrations, and limitations. The recommended configuration is confirmed during the audit. Please mention your current CRM or software when you schedule your demo.

Who owns the leads and customer information?

Accepted Answer

Client data remains subject to the signed service agreement, applicable privacy terms, and the policies of any connected platforms. TradeLead Recovery does not claim ownership of your leads or customer records.

How do SMS consent and opt-outs work?

Accepted Answer

Approved forms and workflows include consent language and suppression controls. However, the client remains responsible for its own representations, contact lists, and legal compliance with applicable messaging laws. We configure the technical controls; you remain accountable for how your business communicates.

Will this replace my office staff?

Accepted Answer

No. TradeLead Recovery supports the team with repeatable follow-up, visibility, and task routing. It does not replace the people who answer calls, provide estimates, handle customer service, or close jobs. Automation creates consistency—it does not replace contractor judgment or customer relationships.

Do third-party costs apply?

Yes. Third-party software fees, SMS carrier fees, phone number costs, email delivery fees, advertising spend, answering-service fees, A2P 10DLC registration fees, and special integration fees may be billed separately and are not included in the base package pricing. We will outline expected third-party costs during onboarding.

What is a Founding Client?

Qualified early clients may receive limited program terms in exchange for structured feedback and permission-based documentation of results. Founding Client availability is not guaranteed and is subject to qualification. Contact us to ask whether the program is currently open.

What does Activation Assurance cover?

Accepted Answer

Activation Assurance covers correction of verified TradeLead Recovery-controlled implementation or configuration defects after the client has provided the required information, access, approvals, and cooperation. It does not guarantee leads, appointments, estimates, sales, revenue, ROI, carrier approval, message delivery, or third-party platform performance.
